Shortbread cookies – easy recipe

Shortbread cookies are a treat at Christmas. Traditional shortbread has three ingredients:  sugar, butter and flour. 1/2 cup of softened butter (125 mL) Add 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (125 mL) Mix together.
