The BC SPCA brings the cats

The SPCA is the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

“Kitty lovers adopt them,” says Furbacher. “There’s a bit of a cat shortage.”

The first cat café in North America opened in Montreal.

The café is called the Happy Cat Café.
