A young cadet is lucky to be alive.

He crash-landed his plane on the roof of an apartment building.

He was just 20 or 30 seconds away from the airport.

Neighbors worry about gliders flying so low.

They fly by often.

“I think they are flying too low when you can see the people inside the plane,” says one neighbor.
