Sun tea

Sun tea is tea that is brewed using heat from the sun.

What you need:

  • 4 black tea bags
  • 8 cups of water
  • a large glass jar with a lid

What to do:

  1. Fill the large glass jar with the water.
  2. Add tea bags to the jar. Cover with lid.
  3. Place the jar in a sunny spot outside for 3-5 hours. Remove tea bags when the tea is brewed to the flavour and strength you like.
  4. Remove the jar from the sun. Place it in the fridge to chill.
  5. You can add lemon slices if you like. Serve over ice and enjoy.

Keep leftover tea in the fridge and drink it within one to two days.
