What you need:
- 2 sliced ripe tomatoes
- mozzarella cheese slices
- olive oil and balsamic vinegar
- fresh basil
What you do:
- Arrange the tomatoes and cheese on a plate.
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with basil.
