On August 18, a man was swimming in the Penticton Channel.
He found a ring.
It was a man’s wedding ring.
There was writing on the ring: “Noel loves Stephanie.”
The man gave the ring to the police.
The police asked for the owner to claim it.
Noel claimed the ring.
He had lost it 17 years ago.
Noel and Stephanie have been married for 20 years.
